Tim is passionate about bringing quality produce to the table informatively, fashionably and with a flavorsome appeal to help Australian food producers build enthusiasm and awareness in new markets .
Tim Hollands Catering was established in 1999 with a number of commercial kitchens around Melbourne. Recently Tim's focus has been in closing the gap between the food producer and consumer. Tim sees his role and skills as an opportunity to bring Australian food producers and the food service industry together through events big and small.
Tim has worked extensively across Asia and The Middle east with Australian peek industry bodies and government, where he is enthusiastic to share the best of Australian food. Tim has inspired chefs and cooks to look beyond technique alone and enjoy discovering produce driven cooking. Some of the cities Tim has worked in, include Manila, Hanoi, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Shanghai, Taipei, Seoul, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Riyadh, Kuwait and Dubai.
